In a market where a new condo project popped up almost every weekend, our challenge was to cut through the clutter and communicate the essentials of a project that most buyers were already familiar with. We cut to the chase by having a little fun with the state of real estate advertising at the time, and focused on the "real reasons" a prospect decides to visit a sales centre.
