It doesn't get any bigger than this. There are big master plan communities, and then there's Panama Pacifico. At 1,400 hectares, 20,000 homes, 10 million square feet of commercial space, 217-acres of industrial space, and a completion date of 2048, Panama Pacifico wasn't just big – it was the big daddy. Working with London & Regional, and backed by the World Bank and the Government of Panama, the task was to set the course for this massive community, brand and launch Panama Pacifico internationally, and then transition the marketing to local companies that would take it to completion.
