The work on The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach was all encompassing, from creative strategy and photo shoots to name tags and shopping bags. The result - 80% of Phase 1 sold on opening day, and within a year, Phase 2 launched selling 70% of residences on opening day.
