Talasa Condos in Kamloops had everything going for it, the expected number of empty nesters were buying and the weekend golfers from Vancouver were signing contracts. But there was one group of buyers who were conspicuously missing - local first-time homebuyers. After a little legwork around the community, the sales team discovered that these "missing buyers" weren't showing up at the sales centre because of a perception that "a new condo like Talasa is way out of our price range." So we put together a campaign that targeted them directly to get the ball rolling.
