Located in an infill neighbourhood, Villo will in a few years be part of a vibrant residential community. Today however, it's surrounded by light industrial buildings, so the marketing challenge was to get prospects to look past the present and see the building and community in its future tense. Bucci addressed this marketing problem by building out most of the development so buyers didn't have to imagine what it would like, and we infused the messaging with “growth & transformation”. The result, brisk pre-sales with only a handful of homes left to sell on opening day.
